1. Services

AIRO Solutions provides consulting, automation, and artificial intelligence services primarily to businesses in the physical security and commercial services industries.

2. Communications

Voice Communications

AIRO Solutions may contact businesses via outbound voice calls for the purpose of introducing services, responding to inquiries, and scheduling discovery meetings.

Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes.

SMS Messaging

AIRO Solutions does not use SMS for initial outreach.

Text messages may be sent only when:

• A live voice interaction has occurred, and

• The recipient has provided verbal consent or requested follow-up via text message
  
  

SMS messages are limited to conversational and transactional purposes, including meeting confirmations, reminders, and information requested during a call.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request assistance by replying HELP.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services.

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or by contacting sales@airosolutions.io.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse AIRO Solutions services or communications in any unlawful manner or in violation of applicable regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by AIRO Solutions remain the property of AIRO Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

AIRO Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or communications.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
